🚨"Your team has been suspended for non-payment" 🚨 (thanks Netlify)
Hello users,
On 9/12, Netlify suspending our account for non-payment, and so the site was taken down. This is a very big bummer and we're all very sad about this over at prestigehunt, but don't worry we're working very hard to reactivate the account. We'll be posting status updates towards resolution here to keep folks in the loop. We know how much you rely on prestigehunt, and so we're taking this outage very seriously. This is a top priority at prestigehunt and rest assured we will get to the bottom of this and hold the appropriate people at the company accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

- Our site reliability lead notices that prestigehunt.com is down.
- They immediately log into Netlify and notice that our payment method has expired.
- They attempt to provide new payment but Netlify's goofy nonsense keeps saying that the card security code is invalid.
- They attempt to provide payment over and over and over until they suddenly receive a new rate limit error.
- In parallel, the field ops team is deployed to hunt for the actual physical credit card in order to validate that the security code is indeed correct.
Estimated time to resolution: Honestly who tf knows what a total shitshow.

- Field ops team finds the physical card and immediately hands it off to the site reliability lead.
- Site reliability lead realizes that the expiration date was being entered in correctly (not the security code - shame on Netlify for a misleading error message).
- After entering in the correct information, Netlify reports success. Site is still down, will check back in a few minutes.
Estimated time to resolution: ~hours - impressive progress and cross-discipline collaboration between teams to reach resolution.
